We will gladly accept your return and/or exchange for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if our complete return and/or exchange policy is met.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing a refund and/or exchange. Credit will be given in the same manner that original payment was made.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You will not be refunded any original shipping charges and you will be charged additional shipping for all exchanges that are sent to you.
Products must be returned in unworn, unaltered, unlaundered condition. All original tags and packaging must still be intact. Returned products must not contain any hair, stains, odors (such as cigarette or other strong odors), makeup or other beauty related products. PLEASE CONSIDER TRYING YOUR ITEMS ON WITHOUT MAKEUP.
The guidelines above must be followed for SWIMWEAR as well. In addition to that, the security strip in the panty part of the swimsuit must not be removed.
ONLY ONE SWIMSUIT MAY BE RETURNED AND/OR EXCHANGED PER TRANSACTION SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER MULTIPLE SUITS/SIZES AT ONE TIME WITH THE INTENT OF RETURNING SEVERAL.
You have 5 days from the date of your package delivery to inform us any defective products. Although it can happen, a defective product is rare as they all go through an inspection process.
If you do happen to receive a defective product we will replace the item or refund you minus any shipping charges.
